All Orders are recieved Digitally by all Customers. Spell Work Proofs will be sent EXCLUSIVELY via Email. Along with Order Cnfirmations.

All non-Express orders will be completed and Proofs sent within 14 BUSINESS DAYS of the purchase.
(EXCEPTION: A customer may choose to have the order completed on a later date. For example on a full moon, birthday, anniversary, etc…)

All Express orders will be completed and Proofs sent within 5 BUSINESS DAYS of the purchase.
